What am I booking exactly?
You are placing a deposit to reserve your selected KCS Experience.
This secures your place and allows us to begin scheduling your sessions and confirming your full package details.
Is this the full payment?
No—this is a deposit only (unless otherwise specified).
The remaining balance and any payment plan options will be arranged after booking.
What happens after I book?
You will be contacted within 24–48 hours to:
- Schedule your session(s)
- Confirm your package details
- Set your start date
- Receive any preparation or intake forms
How do I choose the right package?
If you’re unsure:
- Start with Entry Coaching for a low-pressure first step
- Choose Alignment for clarity and direction
- Choose Reset if you feel overwhelmed or out of sync
- Choose Transformation for deeper, long-term change
- Choose Creative Direction for brand or ideas
- Choose Business Accelerator for business growth
- Choose Retainer for ongoing support
You can also start small and go from there.
Example: Entry Session → Creative Direction → Accelerator / Retainer
Can I change my package after booking?
Yes. If a different option is a better fit, we can adjust your selection before your sessions begin.
Your deposit will be applied to the updated experience.
How are sessions scheduled?
Scheduling is done after your deposit is placed.
You’ll receive options based on availability, and we’ll coordinate times that work for you.
Do sessions have to be used within a certain timeframe?
Yes—each package has a general timeframe to keep the work structured and effective.
Specific timelines will be confirmed during booking.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes.
You can choose from:
- Full payment
- 2x biweekly payments
- 4x biweekly payments
Payment plans are designed to make the process more accessible while maintaining commitment to the full experience.
Is there support between sessions?
This depends on the package you choose.
- Shorter packages include light support
- Larger containers include more consistent communication
- Retainer includes ongoing support

What if I’m new to coaching?
That’s completely fine.
The Entry Coaching Experience is designed specifically for those who are new, unsure, or just getting started.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning.
What is the Breakthrough Session?
The Breakthrough Session is an optional add-on designed for deeper emotional clearing, identity work, and faster shifts.
It can be added to most coaching experiences.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of coaching services, all bookings are final.
If you have questions before booking, you’re welcome to reach out for clarity.
