Copyright Agreement

This Copyright Agreement governs the use and protection of the original works of authorship created and owned by KYANMO Creative Studios, including but not limited to graphic designs, illustrations, written content, and other creative assets.

Copyright Ownership: KYANMO Creative Studios retains full copyright ownership and all associated intellectual property rights to the works created and provided through its services and products.

Permitted Use: Clients and customers of KYANMO Creative Studios are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the provided works for the specific purposes outlined in their respective service agreements or product purchases. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or modify the works without the express written consent of KYANMO Creative Studios.

Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of KYANMO Creative Studios' copyrighted works is strictly prohibited. Clients and customers are not permitted to claim ownership or resell the works as their own.

Attribution: When permitted to use KYANMO Creative Studios' works, clients and customers must provide proper attribution to the studio, including the copyright notice and any other branding elements as specified.

Termination: KYANMO Creative Studios reserves the right to terminate the license and cease the use of its copyrighted works if the client or customer violates the terms of this agreement.

Governing Law: This Copyright Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KYANMO Creative Studios is based, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

 

By engaging the services or purchasing the products of KYANMO Creative Studios, clients and customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Copyright Agreement.
