Refund policy

At KYANMO Creative Studios, customer satisfaction is a priority. The Studio aims to provide thoughtful, high-quality products and services, while maintaining a fair and transparent approach to refunds and returns.

Return Eligibility

Returns and refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been used, printed, or distributed
  • All digital files have been deleted and are no longer in use
  • The request is submitted within the 30-day return window

Please note: Certain materials provided through Coaching services or personalized work may not be eligible for return.

 

Refund Process

If your return request meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

There are:

  • No restocking fees
  • No final sale items

As all products are delivered digitally, no return shipping is required.
