Delivery Method: All products from KYANMO Creative Studios are delivered digitally. Files are sent directly to the email provided at checkout.

Processing Time: Orders are processed immediately upon purchase. Customers will receive their files via email shortly after completing their order.

Delivery Time: Delivery is typically instant. In some cases, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Customers are advised to check their spam or junk folder if the email is not visible in their inbox.

Shipping Rates: As all products are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply.

Tracking: Digital orders do not include tracking. Confirmation of delivery is provided via email.

Customs and Duties: Not applicable for digital products.

Lost or Missing Deliveries: If you do not receive your files within a reasonable timeframe, please contact KYANMO Creative Studios to ensure successful delivery.
