Introducing Kyla Mouré, Founder and Creative Director of Kyanmo Creative Studios.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Kyla has built a career rooted in strategic leadership, creativity, and human-centered innovation. Her early achievements in sales and operations management established her reputation for developing effective management systems and operational strategies that drive growth and organizational clarity.

After studying International Business at Algonquin College, Kyla expanded her understanding of global, social, and economic development through Leadercast—an experience that shaped her commitment to equitable leadership and intentional workplace culture. This period marked a pivotal turning point, inspiring her decision to pursue international opportunities in fashion management. Her journey led her to work, study, and travel abroad for several years before returning home to Ottawa, Canada.

Seeking to integrate her artistic talent into her professional life, Kyla returned to Algonquin College to study Design, earning the foundational skills to create compelling visual, written, and verbal communication systems. This fusion of business strategy, creative direction, and global experience ultimately shaped her signature approach: using creativity as a catalyst for stronger ideas, clearer leadership, and innovative business practices.

Kyanmo Creative Studios is the embodiment of that vision—a space where creativity, purpose, and strategic clarity merge. Through coaching, creative direction, guidebooks, and design systems, Kyla empowers individuals and businesses to express their identity, refine their vision, and realize their full potential.
