Return and Refund Policy
At KYANMO Creative Studios, I prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional service. I do issue refunds on all products and services.
A refund may be proceed under the following criteria, the Refund Disclaimer is as follows;
1) The product has never been used, printed or distributed. This excludes workbooks and material provided under Coaching services.
2) No more than 30 days have passed from the date of purchase.
3) All original and printed files have been completely deleted and/or destroyed from refund recipients property.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the level of service or have any concerns regarding your purchase, I encourage you to send a message or email to info@kyanmo.ca. I will be happy to look over the issues at hand, address your inquiries, and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution for all parties included.
