Healing in Progress (HIP) explores healing as something lived through rather than something that needs to be completed before life can continue.

Built around the familiar idea of something being in progress, the artwork creates space for the unfinished parts of personal growth—the changes still taking shape, the lessons still being understood, and the experiences that may look different with time. Healing does not always move neatly from beginning to end, and progress does not always announce itself while it is happening.

As the fifth artwork in Affirmations II, Healing in Progress moves the collection from acceptance into development. It considers affirmation not as a declaration that everything is resolved, but as an acknowledgement that continuing, learning, resting, rebuilding, and trying again can all be meaningful forms of progress.

Created for personal printing, this high-resolution artwork offers a reminder that something can remain unfinished and still be moving forward.
