A little back story of how this workbook came to be; Kyla has been working with business owners and professionals alike for 15+ years, always looking for ways to improve her management style and business coaching. Wanting to personalize her staff's work experience, as they too have meaning in what they do everyday and should be considered in business growth opportunities. As we found out in the pandemic, our customer service reps, our nurses, doctors & PSW's, our servers, our grocery store clerks, really are our front line workers. Kyla organized the structure of this book to be a personal development strategy to align your business or your professional career with that suits you best.
